Free decode — NHTSA vPIC
Vehicle identity and specifications come from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's free Vehicle Product Information Catalog (vPIC) — the same public database behind many free VIN decoders.
Vehicle history reports — coming in phase 2
Full history reports (title brands, accidents, odometer, liens) will use data from the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS) via an approved NMVTIS data provider. Not offered yet.
